You know that Dr. Kay enjoys caring for our community at Milbank Medical Center. But you may not know that she also enjoys gardening, painting, cooking and decorating. Or that she loves attending school events. "Milbank is just the right size town for raising a family, a town where it’s easy to keep track of kids, and you have the time to visit with friends."
